Connie Rehm in the USA, recently won a religious discrimination case because at one point in time refused to work on Sunday and was fired for it. She worked in a Library and since then has been reinstated to her job .
It should not matter whether you work in a Library, or a restaurant you should have the right to refuse Sunday work. In Canada , we have the Charter of Rights and if challenged the result would be the same.

Retail workers have that right to refuse to work on Sunday Regardless of whether you are religious or not ,we all should have the same rights as government workers have. The right to be home with our families on Sundays and Holidays. |
